How is the Savings Forecast calculated?
The Savings Forecast model uses the following general formula to calculate future year savings:
   Total = (Net Pay - Expenses) + Prev Yr savings * (1+ROI) + Retirement * (1+ROI) + Home Equity * (1+HOM) - Debt * (1+APR)
   Home Equity = Home Value - (Home Value * 5% sale commission) - Home Principle Owed
   ROI = Rate of Return on Investments
   HOM = Yearly Home Appreciation Rate
   APR = Annual Periodic Rate on Debt
